Participants who may require invitation letters should complete their online registration and cover the corresponding fee, before sending in their request. The letters will be prepared and sent to participants by e-mail. To request an invitation letter, please contact us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
Invitation letters will not be sent two months prior to the conference.
Please note: Official invitation letters are only for the Visa Application of the participants abroad.
Please note: Invitation letters do not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit INDC to assist you in obtaining a visa. INDC will not pay any expenses incurred by you. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to the Czech Republic. It may take additional time to obtain travel documents. It is advisable to start the process early.
Invitation letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organising Committee to provide any financial assistance.
